Payments
- Pricing is discussed and confirmed before starting
- Advance payment may be required for some projects
- Final payment is completed before delivery
- Prices shown are starting prices and may vary
Refunds are generally not applicable once work has started, but we ensure proper communication and support throughout the project.
Revisions
- Basic revisions are included with each project
- Additional changes may require extra cost
- Requests should be made within a few days after delivery
Delivery
- Timelines are shared before starting
- Delivery may vary depending on project complexity
- Files are shared via email, WhatsApp, or Google Drive
Ownership
- After full payment, the project is yours to use
- We may showcase work in our portfolio (you can request removal)
- Your provided content remains yours
